The space

This charming renovated house offers comfort, tranquility, brightness, and charm with its exposed stone walls. It includes a private pool accessible from May 1st to September 30th, heated from June 15th. On the ground floor, you'll find an open kitchen, a small living room, and a restroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, accessible via a wall-mounted staircase without a handrail. Please note that the house does not have Wi-Fi.

1 tea towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 new sponge are included in the cleaning fee for the property.

These must be reserved at least 7 days before arrival and paid for upon arrival.

Guest access

The large private outdoor courtyard includes a pool, a table, deck chairs, a barbecue, and outdoor restrooms. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. For unloading suitcases or groceries, you may temporarily park in the small cul-de-sac, but long-term parking is available at external parking areas (paid parking nearby or free parking within a 15-minute walk).

This private and independent space is perfect for a peaceful stay. The outdoor amenities provide great opportunities for relaxation or sharing convivial moments.

The neighborhood

Located at the market square, the house benefits from immediate proximity to shops: bakery, fishmonger, grocery store, wine cellar, restaurants, and the daily market. A Carrefour Contact, a pharmacy, and a bike rental shop are just a one-minute walk away.

Getting around

The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, as is a large playground for both adults and children. Paid and free parking areas are accessible, with a short walk required for the free parking.

Other things to note

This property is an ideal retreat to enjoy the calm and charm of Île de Ré while having access to local amenities and leisure spots. However, caution is advised regarding the staircase without a handrail, especially for families with young children.
